Personal Assistant & Receptionist

Our client is an international business consulting firm with offices in Tel Aviv, Europe, and Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a receptionist and personal assistant for the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all logistical aspects of the management time by screening, prioritizing, routing, and escalating a high volume of requests from a fast-paced global organization.

  • Manage all aspects of the managers’ logistics, including scheduling, travel, and meeting attendees.

  • Assist with and facilitate meeting follow-ups, note-taking, and execution of action items

  • Administration of flights and accommodation for travel, and maintaining a positive attitude to handle last-minute changes.

  • Communicate on behalf of the management, including handling highly sensitive and confidential material.

  • Assist with special projects as needed, including high-profile planning events, board meetings, off-site meetings, team events, reports, presentations, and briefs.
